take your time.

it can take a while for things to gain traction. to feel like movement is happening in the moment. but with a little patience, and a little more grace, with a sprinkle of compassion, we can begin to worry less about the outcome of our process and can begin to focus more on the journey within said process.

this is the work; the work of being with a moment at hand. this is an opportunity; an opportunity for exploration, and an expansiveness that allows us to continue on this path of oneness with self and oneness with community.
